Dave Yusuf

Dave is a customer-focused C-level SaaS Executive with 25+ years of experience managing full customer lifecycle including Sales, Customer Success, implementation, and Support in public and PE-owned software firms. He is passionate about serving customers and delivering exceptional customer care. He is a seasoned SaaS leader with 20+ years of experience managing large global services and support teams.   

              

Dave’s previous roles include Chief Services Officer, SVP Global Services, SVP Customer Success and Support, SVP Solutions,  and Business Unit GM in enterprise IT software firms such as Q2, Broadcom, Allscripts, Epicor, Sphera, NextGen Healthcare. He has extensive experience in transforming support and service delivery with a track record of meeting assigned targets for growth, bookings, revenues, profitability, customer retention, and CSAT/NPS. Most recently at Q2, a digital banking SaaS provider, he implemented AI to transform support delivery and customer journey resulting in best-in-class customer experience, NPS, and self-service case deflection.


Dave’s areas of expertise are building customer-focused SaaS services strategy, reengineering customer journey, and implementing AI and robotic process automation to create a scalable platform to support organic and M&A growth.


Dave holds a BSEE from Lawrence Technical University, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s JL Kellogg School of Management. He is based out of Chicago.
