J.R. brings deep expertise in post-sales operations and a holistic understanding of contact center management. He has built, led, and transformed organizations across Product Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Learning & Development, and has directed Product Support, Customer Care, Inbound Sales, and Outbound Sales contact centers to deliver outstanding results.


A key part of J.R.’s leadership is his extensive experience sourcing, selecting, and overseeing BPO partners to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
