Pam Marion

Pam is an accomplished software executive with 25+ years of experience in the technology industry across multiple market segments and running a P&L from $60M to $2B.

From a software perspective, Pam has performed in many capacities including selling, consulting, engineering, product management, go-to-market, operations, and leading large global teams. She has a proven track record of removing barriers to achieve win-win results for both the customer and company.

Pam served in various roles including President & COO, Chief Customer Officer, Global SVP and VP of Customer Success and Professional Services. In these roles she not only managed large teams but also worked with the Executive Leadership Team to change the concepts of customer engagement in both on-premises and SaaS environments. With her leadership, these companies experienced increased renewals and customer expansion revenue to record levels along with customer and employee engagement.

Despite the success in running successful P&L teams, Pam believes her biggest accomplishments have been developing and creating other leaders. She believes when leaders and companies focus on customers and employees properly, goodness follows in revenue and profitability.
